“a) Time to give up mandatory testing at the expense of employees which is not in accordance with Article 53 of the Constitution, and contrary to the relevant European Union directive. The World Health Organization (WHO) does not recommend mandatory testing at the expense of employees either; b) Based on the (preliminary) information we have, it can be stated that the current testing prices in the market are more than twice the cost of providing the services. In order to save public money on testing, the Ministry of Health (SAM) must estimate the real costs of testing and set maximum prices for testing services. The millions of euros saved would allow the scope of testing to be expanded; (c) Both vaccinated and non-vaccinated citizens must be subject to the same biosecurity measures and so-called traceability (QR) codes."
