  We are not able to sail by sea, but to lie - here we, Lithuanians, are world-class masters:

Giedrius Mišutis, a spokesman for the Lithuanian State Border Guard Service (SBGS), said on Sunday that the service had no information about such a possible incident. There were no cases of refusal to enter Lithuania," - he said." 

Giedrius Mišutis is a real Lithuanian.
