According to the Minister, sanctions on Belarusian fertilizers are a matter of choice for the Lithuanian government

 "Marius Skuodis, the Minister of Transport and Communications, states that the letter received by the Lithuanian Railways from the United States Treasury Bureau of Foreign Assets Control (OAFC) explaining how the sanctions imposed on the Belarusian company Belaruskalij should be treated does not mean anything to the Lithuanian government. Sanctions imposed by OFAC on Belaruskalij fertilizer manufacturers are subject to US bank transactions, US dollar use, US citizens' participation. According to the Minister, therefore, sanctions on Belarusian fertilizers are purely a matter for the Lithuanian government to choose."

 The choice of the Lithuanian government is to do everything possible to destroy the Lithuanian nation in the name of Landsbergis' fame in the world.
