   "The Ministry of Health of Lithuania is suspending the issuance of permits to enter Lithuania by way of exception for citizens of the Russian Federation, the Ministry of Health (SAM) informs.

     This means that foreigners from Russia will no longer be able to come to Lithuania for personal health care services (diagnostic examination, inpatient or surgical treatment), as well as for receiving medical rehabilitation services. Permits will not be issued even in cases where the reason for entry is nursing of close relatives living in Lithuania. "
