Germany Will Survive: Germany eagerly grabs Indian fuel made from Russian oil

  "Germany's imports of refined petroleum products from India increased significantly in the first seven months of this year, according to published official data. Most of these products were likely made from crude oil extracted in Russia under sanctions, foreign press reports.

 

     The portal Euractiv.com explained that in 2023 in January-July, Germany purchased oil products from India for 451 million euros.

 

     This was more than 1,100 percent. a higher amount compared to the same period last year (37 million euros), the national statistics agency "Destatis" said.

 

     Imports have increased 12-fold since India became the main buyer of Russian crude oil in 2022. after Moscow launched its invasion of Ukraine in February.

 

     India's exports to Germany were "mainly oil fractions used to make diesel or furnace fuel", Destatis added.

 

     The editors remind that European countries have imposed a number of sanctions on Russia, including an embargo on Russian oil transported by sea."
