In Switzerland, there will only be a meeting of insiders - China will not participate in Ukraine's so-called "peace conference"

 China will not participate, because Russians are not invited to that conference. Maybe it would be worth moving the conference to the beaches of Spain? The participants could do better there to take a break from the empty tongue-lashing.
