You are still silently ripping up the Lithuanian passports of the diaspora, relying on the blatant lie that each individual case must be extremely rare. This way you are making it extremely rare without any basis in the law and the Constitution.

Mockingly , you are demanding the result of a referendum about the problem of dual citizenship that is only possible in a despotic country like North Korea.
