Lithuania allocates 5 million euros for urgent reconstruction works in Ukraine.

 Take outdoor toilets and asbestos roofs from Lithuania to Ukraine for that money. The electricity is being turned off for them now, it will really come in handy. And we have nowhere to put it, the EU does not allow us to use it.
