The only Lithuanian genius, M.K. Čiurlionis, developed talent in larger neighboring nations that have enough strength to create suitable conditions for this.

 We don't have that strength. Since we have quarreled with all our neighbors, we no longer want to learn their languages, there is no such opportunity for another Lithuanian genius to grow in our corner of the world.
