The shouting with those balloons is only needed so that Lithuanian politicians can demonstrate how much they "hate" Russians, hoping that some old woman from the village will vote for them, and the lives of those politicians will be very good again. We need to clean that garbage from the Lithuanian government, otherwise there will never be peace, tranquility, or prosperity in Lithuania.
