Return to the normalcy (whatever it is) could be considered reassuring. The flip side is also obvious. One of underlying causes of the recession is the angst that the financial system is too dangerous with the risk for everybody lurking in the dark corners. If the top shark Goldman Sachs has a bountiful meal [1], this might not convince all the financial ecosystem, that the danger passed. Possible message could be an opposite one: the old ways and the old danger are still out there.
