Nepotism and hospitality

There is a new idea about nepotism. Now it is supposed to be good [1]. Reasoning is simple. Empathy is thought to be a physiological reaction, since the metabolism in limbic system is activated. So empathy has to be a simple biochemical process, kind of like slime secretion. When one deals with somebody from their own with a long emotional attachment, one  feels such  an empathy, she secretes so much slime, since she is so excited... That produces a feeling of the real empathy. No emotional attachment leads to no real empathy and no proper social interaction. Really?

Hospitality is often directed to complete strangers with extreme generosity. This social fact does not fit the nepotism is always natural and good idea.
