The most significant achievement in this Piketty’s blockbuster book is conveniently missing in the analysis [2]: high taxes on rich worked in previous century without reducing incentives, without blocking nice high growth. No wonder Piketty likes the taxing of the highest fortunes and incomes. There is no reason that the approach of the last century will not work today with our help in establishing such taxation and improving education for all [3].
