What is happening with the retirement and the healthcare?

Defined contribution retirement plans are replacing defined benefits plans. Why? Defined contribution retirement plans are good for the employers.

Obamacare will replace your health insurance. Why? Obamacare  is good for your employer.

Bottom line: They will milk you, like some people did milk the poor old, not even nursing, not even ever pregnant, exhausted, confused, unhappy, goat. Why such a milking?  Intending to induce milk production, of course.
