Who can save capitalism, which destroys our world by heating the Earth?

Politicians who are not afraid to force a business to do what is necessary for the public (Prime Minister of Lithuania,  Mr. Skvernelis, everyone is looking at you), must make it possible for less CO2 to be emitted into the atmosphere, and the CO2 that has already been emitted to be removed from the atmosphere.
If state regulators force industry that can not switch to electricity such as aviation, production of
plastics and other organic chemicals, to use of synthetic fuels instead of fossil fuels,  it will greatly increase the demand for CO2 that is needed to produce these fuels. In this way, the Germans produced synthetic fuel during the Second World War and used that fuel for planes bombing London and other places in the world and tanks that rode on the land of Lithuania. Obviously, the modern industry would try to resist it.
If the market does not provide incentives, governments can do this. The right price for carbon dioxide is a must. Its absence is one of the reasons why carbon capture and storage has not been used to reduce the emissions of fossil fuel plants; the required kit can double the price of electricity, so there is no need to change anything until carbon dioxide emissions are free of charge (more about it here).
Lithuanian politicians are very aggressive in the economy. It is possible to use that aggression for peaceful purposes, creating this new, competitive, Lithuanian industry, which will export its goods and services all over the world.
