Pasninkas daro mus jaunesniais ir gina nuo ligų

Efektas, tikriausiai, remiasi somatinių kamieninių ląstelių rinkinio sustiprinimu (neklausk). Tai dieta, kai reguliariai kiekvieną mėnesį penkių dienų laikotarpiui sumažinamas suvalgomų kalorijų kiekis iki pusės nuo įprastai suvartojamų kalorijų kiekio. Be to, ši dieta turi mažiau negu normaliai baltymų (dešimt procentų baltymų, penkiasdešimt procentų riebalų, likusieji angliavandeniai) [1].  Prieš bandant bet kokius rimtesnius dietos pokyčius, reikia aptarti tokius planus su jūsų gydytoju [2].

to last 5 days every month and to provide between 34% and
54% of the normal caloric intake with a composition of at least
9%–10% proteins, 34%–47% carbohydrates, and 44%–56%

2.People are asking what to do with the hunger. Just suffer through it. I think authors kept such a high percentage of fat since the fat is more slowly degradable (from the 2D surface of detergent droplets instead of 3D solution for sugars) just to keep us feeling full longer. This is the easy compliance part.
