The greatest achievement

You've heard that it's already allowed to use self-driving cars in Lithuania. Also the taxi company Uber has long been operating freely in Lithuania. Our government is not investing money in innovation, but trying to get into Lithuania any innovations that are emerging in the world. To this end, improvised and urgent statutory schemes are being created, hoping that such activities will attract some companies and Lithuanian parliament members will be able to boast of newly created jobs in Lithuania during the elections. There is one important obstacle to innovation, that if eliminated, would allow the modern economy  really sprint along nicely. The obstacle is that nobody knows what to do with the people who are loosing  jobs in the wake of  globalization and robotics. The economy, which will be the first to remove this obstacle, will receive a great deal of attention in contemporary business, as it will create a stable development environment. The easiest way to reach such a goal is to make all the residents into business owners who receive dividends from this business (more about it here) without the possibility to sell the right to get the dividends. The most energetic  of us would continue to be able to accumulate the greatest wealth, giving the entire economy the dynamism. But every resident would receive enough income from the common property to ignore the consequences of unemployment caused by globalization and robotics.

Why would not the European Union be the first economy to decide on making all its participants business owners? Why does Lithuania not raise this initiative in European structures? It would surely help us all to confront Chinese competition,  bringing a lot of new global business to Europe and, as result, to Lithuania.
