Admittedly, in this era of precision drones and missile swarms, these tanks have to be kept hidden and offer no real military utility. They are nothing but a hassle.
But what excellent publicity for Lithuania. We could even pair the tanks up to dance Strauss waltzes in Lithuania’s public squares. And the former president, Ms. Grybauskaitė, could flutter above one of them on the wings of a blue gown. She has long been involved in promoting German tanks, so she is a true expert. Let’s just declare the schnitzel the Lithuanian national dish, and the image of the former medieval Lithuanian empire will be complete.
