Do not eat lunch with other co-workers at work

 When asking a patient sick with Covid whom else he has infected, one asks who has been in close contact for at least 15 minutes in one room. This is a fairly short period of time. So eat lunch outside, walking and chewing on a sandwich, and never take off your mask in the presence of your co-workers.
