How can you get a compensation from your employer for coronavirus-caused damage in court?

Gather evidence that you are not meeting anywhere else, only at work.

Gather evidence that the employer is forcing you to work many in one room.

"A person spreading coronavirus has been shown to emit tiny droplets of coronavirus that are able to fly through an entire large room in five minutes, even in the absence of enforced air mixing, and infect human cells."

In this case, if many of you get sick with a coronavirus, the chances of you getting that virus all together somewhere other place than at work are virtually zero with a low infection rate in your area.

The employer has to pay for the damage done. If it is a death or disability, the amounts can be substantial.

What to do for the employer? Calculate what the risk is here, and minimize that risk. A good entrepreneur is a genius in work with risk.
