Is the virus dangerous mutant, or are the people dangerous mutants in England?

I’m talking about a 70 percent more contagious virus. This figure is derived from mathematical models that follow how the virus infects people in England when the virus has a certain set of mutations prevalent in England. Maybe the virus accidentally developed some key that makes it easier for the virus to infect us? But laboratory tests did not find that key. Most likely, people in England who carry that mutated virus behave like stunted and spread the virus faster. This is confirmed by the fact that when these people learned that the exit from London would be closed soon,  many of them formed major crowds at the stations to escape from London.  As our ex-president and star of our literature D. Grybauskaitė said, the virus is not relevant here.
