 "The Chinese aviation regulator recommends that cabin crew wear diapers and avoid using the toilet during charter flights to high-risk Covid-19 areas to reduce the risk of infection transmission. Cabin crew is also recommended to: medical protective masks; double layer disposable medical rubber gloves; safety goggles; disposable hats; disposable protective clothing; disposable shoe covers. 

Airlines claim that it is safe to fly during a pandemic - in part because of airplane air filters, the same ones used in hospitals. However, some researchers say it is too early to conclude that the risk is minimal. Cases of transmission of the infection were recorded during the flights, despite the fact that the passengers wore masks and sat far apart."
