Why is the quarantine against the coronavirus sometimes repeated?

For example, in Israel? The Lithuanian authorities have consistently stated that there will be no re-quarantine. What, are we so smarter than others? Do Seimas elections not allow us to tell the truth? Seimas elections can also be postponed. Such a pandemic occurs once in a hundred years.

The problem with coronavirus is that if a coronavirus escapes the control of the rulers, then that coronavirus spreads exponentially. This means that the number of coronavirus infections and deaths from it can increase dramatically in a few days. This is how the first wave of coronavirus in the American state of New York developed. That wave was managed by the Democratic state governor, the Cuomo, who was in charge of fighting the coronavirus. And it was like this:

"Columbia University researchers estimated that 17,514 deaths in the metropolitan area could have been avoided if officials had instituted seven days earlier each of the social-distancing measures they eventually enacted. "If everybody had done exactly what they did one week earlier, more than 50% fewer people would have died by the end of April," said Jeffrey Shaman, a co-author of the study.

New York, the first epicenter of the virus in the U.S., eventually recorded more than 400,000 cases and remains its worst victim in terms of deaths." [1]
