"The European Commission (EC) has received an official € 2.2 billion recovery and resilience plan for Lithuania, the EC Representation in Lithuania has announced. The plan sets out reforms and public investment projects to be implemented with the support of the Economic Recovery and Resilience Facility (RRF). In recent months, there has been an intensive dialogue between the EC and Lithuanian authorities on this plan, which has seven components:
resilient health sector,
green transformation,
digital transformation,
quality education,
innovation and higher education,
an efficient public sector, and
social inclusion.
According to the Minister of Finance, the Council will approve the national plans, probably in July. "
