Plan for Lithuania developed by post-Soviet rich people led by Landsbergiai

After capturing the best Lithuanian lands and other wealth, the post-Soviet rich do not know how to use those lands and those assets. As long as it was possible to pay ridiculously low wages and export products at Western prices, their business ran. Now the time for ridiculously low wages is coming to an end. Therefore, the business in Lithuania is coming to an end. You say we need to take on new technology? Those technologies are expensive, most importantly, the post-Soviet rich do not understand them. Therefore, the post-Soviet rich came up with a new plan - to raise housing prices to the level of Switzerland so that all the rest would not afford to buy that housing and rent housing to all those who remained, but to live on the rent themselves. The plan is already underway.

"Today, both in Europe and especially in Lithuania, we are seeing a transformation. A large number of people will not be able to buy real estate at all in a decade," said Marius Dubnikovas, vice-president of the Lithuanian Business Confederation. “This is a side effect of the excess money and property prices will be inadequate. This means that we will see generations of people in Lithuania who, like in Austria or Switzerland, live their lives by renting real estate, ”he said. According to Dubvnikovas, if the situation does not change, real estate can become "managed only by wealthy families and investment funds" in the future.

Taurimas Valys, a member of the council of the Vilnius Chamber of Commerce, Industry and Crafts, stated that the situation in the real estate market reminds him of a "horror film" and compared it with the situation in 2006-2007.

"We now see exactly the same thing that happened in 2006-2007, the apartments are sold unseen, without visiting, according to visualizations, prices in some places are approaching London, near the cities of Switzerland, we see 10-12 thousand euros prices per square meter, ”he said.

Statistics show that house prices rose more than 6 percent last year from a year earlier. ”

You don’t like that kind of rulers? Do what Šimonytė rightly says - the time of elections will come, elect another government.
