There are people who think badly about vaccines. Unfortunately, the reality is that until we gain herd immunity through vaccines (about 70% of us need to be vaccinated), there will be deaths from coronavirus, people will be afraid of getting coronavirus or infecting their loved ones, the economy in Lithuania will not work. All these dances of three graces (Speaker of the Seimas, Šimonytė and Armonaitė) with quarantine changes are reminiscent of dancing with snakes: interesting, but of no use. And with vaccines, the history in Lithuania is as bad, as in the whole European Union:
"The bloc is trailing far behind Israel, the U.K. and the U.S. with just 3.9 vaccinations per 100 inhabitants, in part because of a slow market-authorization process and patchy logistics. In addition, producers of the Oxford-AstraZeneca, Pfizer-BioNTech and Moderna vaccines have announced delays in deliveries to the EU." [1]
