Broiler is preparing to chop up a pipe in Germany supplying Russian gas, that is heating German houses during the harsh winter, and protect the site of the disaster until Putin voluntarily surrenders power in Russia and Belarus to a housewife, a pancake maker, elected by Broiler personally.
To the shocked Germans, Broiler explains that this is a matter of principle. The right of a pancake baker as a human being to become President is more important than all of the 50 Germans who have to die of the cold. Anytime we want something sweet we should shout about human rights.
