Waffles Tasting Like Šakotis

 

“You will need:

150g butter;

150g sugar;

100g sour cream;

4 eggs;

vanilla sugar;

lemon zest;

1 tsp baking powder;

flour (so that the dough is the thickness of sour cream).

Preparation:

• Melt the butter, add sugar, vanilla sugar and beat. Beat the eggs, add sour cream, lemon zest. Mix.

• Gradually add the flour with baking powder and mix the dough.

• Bake in a waffle iron.”
