Who benefits from rising prices in Lithuania?

Entrepreneurs, because wages increase less than prices go up, and therefore the amount of money we pay to entrepreneurs goes up. The extra money goes into profits. 

It is less well known that as prices rise, so do taxes, especially value added tax is important here. In Lithuania, that extra tax money goes to defense, even though no one is attacking us. Really it goes to the golden spoons - to the bank accounts of those who have access to the supply of the army (Landsbergiai controlled Mafia):
