You are saying Afghanistan or Ukraine? Wrong on both. Mr. Biden is trying to stop Chinese fast train with bare hands. Wrong decision:

America in previous Obama's administration tried to do this with solar panels (Solyndra). It ended badly for those panels, and for Obama.
