"Such
amendments are submitted by the Chairman of the Seimas Health Affairs
Committee, Conservative Antanas Matulas, and other members of this committee
from different factions.
According to the
amendments, after the state has paid the full tuition fee, after completing the
residency studies, the doctor would undertake to work in public personal health
care institutions for four years."
Why only four years? Why not 40 years? Better yet - let
work in Lithuania as long as alive. Tie behind their legs, let them plow. We, the
post-communist figures, quickly resort to slavery, if anything. Pay salaries?
You what, did you loose your mind? Where will we get so much money from? It is not enough for ourselves.
