Western European elites therefore started beating drums of war with the East in spite to him. Most likely Western European elites do this also to take away leftovers of power from national Western European governments and put all the power into central EU structures. Evidently growing nationalist movements will not allow to do this. The political pendulum will swing in opposite direction.
If the Western European elites will make a mistake and slide into a real war with the East, a war that will not be joined by the Americans, that will be one last mistake of the Western European elites.
