"Jack Hudson puts on a brave face with his call to be creative to survive the coming artificial-intelligence onslaught ("How to Live in the Age of AI," Letters, March 19). That works for the top 10% in any industry. But simple observation shows that most of us are implementers of a few people's creativity. Change happens at the median. Every company smells the bait of wholesale employee replacement. This won't end well for a broad swath of knowledge workers.
