Zelensky's proposed month-long ceasefire isn’t a serious start to negotiations

In reality, the conversation between the US and Russia is about the long-term relationship between the two countries. Both the US and Russia need to reduce the cost of their disagreements in order to better withstand the rushing forward full-speed Chinese economic hurricane.
