Does anybody consider the consequences?

Mr. Blinken said an estimated 70 percent of assistance provided by the United States is already in Kiev government’s hands."

In without mountains and desert country with a closely related population "more powerful military" wins as a rule. All these weapons that we, the West, are providing sooner or later will end up in Russia's hands. Is this a part of the plan?
