How to make half of the Bugatti and Ferrari cars in Monaco into cars with Lithuanian license plates? In the name of alleged “democracy”, to attack Russian transit to Kaliningrad (Nausėda’s idea), provoking a war in the Suwalki Corridor and hoping that idiots with checkbooks from the West will open the money tap for theft for Lithuanians too. How are Lithuanians “worse” than Ukrainian thieves?

“Donald Trump’s eldest son has made sharp comments about Volodymyr Zelensky and the European Union, The Guardian reports.

Donald Trump Jr. is reported to have stated that his father, the President of the United States of America, may back down from the issue of the conflict in Ukraine.

D. Trump Jr. also claimed that Ukraine’s “corrupt” elite had fled the country, leaving “what they considered the peasant class” to fight in this conflict.

The US president's son does not hold any official position in the White House administration, but is a key figure in the so-called MAGA movement (a movement of Americans supporting US President Donald Trump, formed from Donald Trump's campaign slogan "Make America Great Again" - ed. post.).

Trump Jr.'s statement reflects the antipathy of some members of his father's team towards the Ukrainian government and comes at a time when Trump's peace negotiating team is putting pressure on Kyiv to hand over territory to Russia.

Trump Jr. stated that Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky is prolonging the conflict because he knows he will never win the election if it ends.

At the same time, Trump's son attacked the EU's foreign policy chief Kaja Kallas, saying that European sanctions are not working because they have only increased the price of oil, from which Russia could finance its actions. He described the European plan, saying, “We’re going to wait until Russia goes bankrupt — that’s not the plan.”

Trump Jr. also said that during the 2022 election campaign he met only three people who thought the conflict in Ukraine was one of his top 10 issues. He said the risk of Venezuelan ships bringing the drug fentanyl to the United States was “a much clearer and more real threat than anything that’s going on in Ukraine or Russia.”

He also said, without providing evidence, that he had noticed in Monaco this summer that 50 percent of supercars, such as Bugatti and Ferrari, had Ukrainian license plates. “Do you think that was earned in Ukraine?” he asked.

“When we see that all the [car] plates in Monaco are Ukrainian, we hear all the rumors about what’s going on, [...] the rich ran away and left what they thought was the peasant class to fight in this conflict. There was no incentive to stop because while the money train was rolling, they were stealing, nobody was checking anything, so there was no reason for peace,” Trump’s son made clear comments.

Asked if it was possible that his father would back down from the peace talks, Trump Jr. said that he might, adding that his father is one of the most unpredictable people in politics. He also stressed that the United States would no longer be “idiots with a checkbook.”
