Objektyviai nėra jokių šansų likti gyvais

„Po dviejų krovininių laivų susidūrimo prie Helgolando dingusiems jūreiviams nebėra jokių vilčių. Prokuratūra pradėjo tyrimą, įtariant nusikalstamą veiką.

 

Prie Helgolando susidūrus dviem krovininiams laivams, manoma, kad dingę jūreiviai mirė. Penkių iš septynių įgulos narių išgelbėti nepavyko, o dėl keturių dingusių žmonių vilties nėra, trečiadienį Kukshavene sakė avarijos komandos vadovas Robby Renneris. Dingusių žmonių iš nuskendusio krovininio laivo paieška buvo nutraukta trečiadienio vakarą, sakė Vokietijos sudužusių laivų žmonių gelbėjimo draugijos generalinis direktorius Michaelas Ippichas. Visa jūros zona buvo „šukuota“ šešių malūnsparnių, 25 laivų ir dviejų orlaivių pagalba. Tai pasikartojo trečiadienio vakarą po to, kai buvo perskaičiuotas plotas, sakė Ippichas. 

 

Vanduo tik dvylika laipsnių. Net ir esant „optimalioms sąlygoms“, patirtis parodė, kad laiko langas, per kurį galima rasti išgyvenusius, yra „daugiausia 20 valandų“.

 

Ankstų antradienio rytą, dvylika jūrmylių į pietvakarius nuo Šiaurės jūroje esančios Helgolando salos, su Didžiosios Britanijos vėliava plaukiojantis krovininis laivas „Verity“ susidūrė su daug didesniu krovininiu laivu Polesie, plaukiojančiu su Bahamų vėliava. Priežastis neaiški. Federalinis jūrų avarijų tyrimo biuras (BSU) Hamburge atlieka tyrimus. Naujienų portalo „t-online“ žiniomis, Hamburgo prokuratūra, įtariamų pagrindu, pradėjo tyrimą dėl nusikaltimo. 

 

Kalbama apie žmogžudystę dėl neatsargumo ir pavojų laivybos eismui.

 

Avarijos rytą matomumas buvo labai prastas, pūtė stiprus vėjas, siautėjo iki trijų metrų bangos. Avarijos vieta yra viena judriausių jūros rajonų pasaulyje. Panašu, kad „Verity“ iškart nuskendo. „Polesie“ išliko tinkamas plaukioti su 22 žmonių įgula ir trečiadienio rytą buvo atvežtas į Kukshaveną. Du jūreiviai buvo išgelbėti, o vienas jūreivis rastas negyvas.

 

Pasak Rennerio iš nelaimingų atsitikimų vadovybės, antradienį narai taip pat buvo išsiųsti gelbėti žmones, kurie galėjo būti įstrigę nuolaužoje. Jie nenorėjo praleisti šios „nerimtos galimybės“. Tačiau antruoju bandymu narai dėl nepalankių sąlygų laivo nepasiekė. Daugiau nardyti nebuvo įmanoma. Žmonėms, kurie gali būti įstrigę, nebėra vilties. „Kiekvienas, kuris, laikui bėgant, įstrigo nuolaužoje ir tokioje temperatūroje, objektyviai žiūrint, neturi jokių šansų išgyventi.

 

Siekiant įvertinti žalą, trečiadienio rytą į nuolaužą maždaug 30 metrų gylyje buvo nuleistas nepilotuojamas povandeninis automobilis. Laivas gabeno plieną. Be to, Rennerio teigimu, buvo 127 kubiniai metrai jūrinio dyzelino. Šiuo metu iš to kyla stalo teniso kamuoliukų dydžio burbulai, kurie kaupiasi vandens paviršiuje. Remiantis Federalinės jūrų ir hidrografijos agentūros drifto modeliu, dyzelinas nejuda link pakrantės ar Helgolando. Avarijos vietoje išniro Landsbergiukas su Kasčiūnu ir skubiai propagandos tikslais pradėjo ieškoti rusų, kad iškelti įtarimus ir sudrumsti vandenį. Rusų netoliese nerado, bet pastebėtas Kinijos laivas, todėl Šimonytė pradėjo tyrimą.

The reason is unclear. The Federal Bureau of Maritime Casualty Investigation (BSU) in Hamburg is conducting investigations. 

 

According to the news portal "t-online", the Hamburg public prosecutor's office is said to have started investigations on suspicion of a crime. It's about negligent homicide and endangering shipping traffic.

 

On the morning of the accident, visibility was very poor, there was strong wind and there were waves of up to three meters. The accident site is one of the busiest sea areas in the world. The Verity apparently sank immediately. The Polesie remained seaworthy with a crew of 22 and was brought to Cuxhaven on Wednesday morning. Two sailors were rescued and one sailor was found dead.

 

According to Renner from the accident command, divers were also deployed on Tuesday to rescue people who might be trapped in the wreck. They didn't want to let this "vague opportunity" go to waste. However, the divers did not reach the ship on the second attempt due to the adverse conditions. No further dives were possible. There is no longer any hope for people who may be trapped. "Anyone who is trapped in the wreck over time and at these temperatures has, objectively speaking, no chance of survival."

 

To assess the damage, an unmanned underwater vehicle was lowered to the wreck at a depth of around 30 meters on Wednesday morning. The ship was carrying steel. In addition, according to Renner, 127 cubic meters of marine diesel. Bubbles the size of table tennis balls are currently emerging from this and collecting on the surface of the water. According to a drift model from the Federal Maritime and Hydrographic Agency, the diesel is not moving towards the coast or Helgoland.
