There is a huge need for no nonsense realistic actions that made Mr. Trump famous. We are excited with our futuristic new toys (persons carrying on themselves anti-tank rockets, British playing with sea drones without skippers). In the meantime strategically we united Russians against us proving them how dangerous for them our designs are. United Russians are a more significant threat for us compared with the situation that we had before we started playing chess in Ukraine. Technology tends to spread (look at smiling North Koreans). Strategic alignments tend to be more long living.
With huge devastation for us we moved Chinese to unite with Russians against us. Chinese started buying much more oil from Russia and our prices of everything that has to be transported some distance is going through the roof. Economic and political disaster from that is still in flux.
