Why does Poland receive a higher capital return – about 15 percent, while Lithuania does not?

 

Commentator Oxymoron's note:

The Poles are great, but we need to stop drinking vodka, stop demonizing business and entrepreneurship and look after our own economic interests. We have lived with principles, everything is fine, but we need to turn on more pragmatic thinking."
