Chebureks recipe for those who don't have time - they are so delicious that you will be rushing to bake them

"A simpler dish will not necessarily make it worse. Therefore, if you don't have time to prepare the dough for chebureks, you can rely on their much faster recipe, which is offered by Kristina Naturievienė, the author of the blog "Maisto mėgėja".

"You like chebureks, but you don't have time to prepare the dough. I have a suggestion for you - make chebureks differently. A mountain of delicious and juicy à la chebureks can be baked very quickly with waffle sheets. Everything is quick and quite simple!" - assures the blogger from Kaunas.

     You will need:

     500 g of minced meat

     50g of onion

     2 cloves of garlic

     70 g of paprika

     Salt

     Pepper

     Paprika powder

     Parsley

     90 g round wafer sheets

     200 ml of water

     300 ml of milk

     380 g of flour

     1 egg

     Oil for frying

     How to produce:

     * I put minced meat in a bowl (I used minced pork neck).

     * I cut the onion into small cubes, goes to the minced meat.

     * I chop 2 cloves of garlic, add them to the meat and onion.

     * I cut 70 g of paprika into small cubes. I put them in a common bowl next to the meat.

     * I chop a handful of parsley and add it to the meat as well.

     * I add salt, pepper, a teaspoon of paprika powder. I mix everything well with a spoon (it's more convenient for me).

     * I take a sheet of round wafers and place them on the table. I put the meat filling on it. I spread the meat filling evenly over the entire waffle sheet. I cover the meat layer with another wafer. I press a little and cut the glued sheets into 4 parts with a knife.

     * This is how I prepare all the waffle sheets.

     * Then I quickly prepare the dough in which I will roll the future chebureks: I pour 200 ml of water and 300 ml of milk into a bowl. I beat 1 egg, add a little salt. I mix it up. I pour about 380 g of flour into the mixed liquid mass. I mix it - it will be a thick dough.

     * Time to bake chebureks. I pour oil into a heated pan (you don't need a lot). I soak the cut pieces of waffle meat in the prepared batter and put them in the pan. I will bake for 3-4 minutes. over medium heat on one side. Then I turn it over and cook the other side for another 3-4 minutes.

     * I put the baked chebureks on a paper towel to absorb excess fat. This is how I bake all the prepared chebureks - I baked a lot, but I didn't have time to count. While cooking, these delicacies have evaporated. It was very tasty and really easy to make."
