Firstly, that it is impossible to introduce democracy in countries that are not convinced in their hearts. 

Secondly, that the dynamics of civilizational disputes will be changed by the technological revolution. Countries that will not think about the development of artificial intelligence, they will fall out of the global race."  

The Lithuanian elite does not yet understand that it is impossible to introduce democracy in Belarus and Ukraine, which are not convinced in their hearts. Huge resources of Lithuania are wasted unnecessarily on such a desperate attempts.  

The Lithuanian elite is not yet thinking about the development of artificial intelligence, so Lithuanian business is falling out of the world race.
