Trump has imposed tariffs on Chinese goods. Biden preserves those custom duties by doing what the US voters want, while talking about friendship between nations and other ideals. Trump says that it is madness to fight a nuclear world war with Russia if there is a conflict between Russia and tiny and insignificant Lithuania. Biden also does his best to avoid the use of nuclear weapons. For Lithuania remains the only outcome - to become a neutral state, like another former empire - Austria.
