If so many of countries (Australia, anyone?) are based on settler colonialism, why not Israel? Israel is just to late. Settler colonialism is out of fashion today. We figured out that it destroys human capital, disintegrates valuable cultures, kills entire nations (genocide in reality, not only in the court of law). Israeli settlers, while being like any settlers, are for reason punished by U.S. sanctions. Their settlements have to be dismantled.
