What about an idea to increase average US tariffs on Chinese exports to 500 percent in case China proceeds buying cheap Russian energy? Why not to 5 million percent?

 This is seriously impeding China's trade with America already. China needs cheap Russian energy to supply rest of the world with stuff and services. America is not a replacement for global market. America has nothing to give as it is now.
