What does it mean to bring French nuclear weapons to Lithuania for storage?

It means painting a target on each of our backs. Those who guard such weapons are the first to be destroyed in the event of a conflict, because the weapons themselves are extremely dangerous to everyone—including those guarding them.

Hosting nuclear weapons creates a high-priority target for adversaries during a conflict.

In military doctrine, pre-emptive strikes often target an enemy's nuclear capabilities, storage sites, and command infrastructure to neutralize their retaliatory capacity. Consequently, locations housing these weapons, along with the personnel guarding them, are considered at extreme risk in the event of an outbreak of hostilities.
