We need Trump and Musk, since growing bureaucracy destroys society: Ancient graves reveal taxes’ sharp bite nearly 3,000 years ago

To advance each bureaucrat needs more underlings, this way proving his or her importance. With time this growth makes surrounding people poor and destroys society. You need periodically to cut the bureaucracy down, what Trump and Musk are doing now in the USA. It needs to be done everywhere to keep us healthy and living.

"Buried items show that the poor got poorer as the Assyrian empire and its bureaucracy swelled.

As the Assyrian Empire grew in power, so did the gap between its rich and poor.1

The Assyrian Empire, whose first capital was in present-day Iraq, lasted from around 1350–612 bc and extended south to Egypt and north to Iran. Historical sources suggest that, over time, the empire’s rulers increased the extraction of wealth from its core and territories.

To examine the consequences of this taxation regime, Petra Creamer, at Emory University in Atlanta, Georgia, counted the grave goods in more than 1,000 excavated burial sites in the empire.

Burials dating between 1450 and 1200 bc tended to be egalitarian: some contained no grave goods, and roughly the same number had a modest stash of pottery, jewellery and other items signalling prosperity. But from 900 to 600 bc, when the empire reached its largest extent, the proportion of burials with no or very few grave goods rose sharply, and the number of richer graves plummeted.

“While it is questionable whether the ‘rich got richer’,” Creamer writes, “it is apparent that the poor did indeed get poorer.”" [1]
