“Plius: It's about setting up companies, managing them, and similar things, which shouldn't even be relevant. A company in the US can be set up wherever it wants and from there it can operate throughout the US, without having to open it in each state separately. The same should be true in the EU. Another thing is employment, startups should be able to freely employ anyone and anywhere in the EU, now, to employ someone in another EU country, you have to go through a lot: open an account, a company, hire an accountant, fill out a bunch of documents, etc. If you hire only one or two people, labor costs can exceed the salary several times. Taxation itself may be different (it also varies in each state in the US), but it must be clear and taxes must be easy to pay, the process and forms of submitting documents should be standardized. And of course, we would need the ability to communicate with the main institutions at least in English, but there would already be something from the outer space field here.”
We need a Musk-level initiative: all bureaucrats in EU countries who cannot work in English should be fired.
