Renovation costs so much that if the apartment is sold, the money spent on renovation will not be returned, the specialists of the central bank calculated. The quality is also deplorable:

 

 "O: Our house is only 4 floors with 20 apartments, 2 staircases, brick, at the end of February next year it will be "only" 41 years old... They are preparing to "renovate" it by force, although we replaced the roof 5 years ago, the heating station was renovated 11 years ago, the windows of all apartments are newly installed plastic, almost all balconies are glazed (only 3 apartments are not glazed). For example, the so-called "packages" of windows in our apartment are 3 layers, when we are "offered" only 2... In short, everyone who has installed "normal" windows, we will not let them be removed... And THEY "COUNTED" the costs of "renovation" for the HOUSE - ALMOST 1 MILLION euros! They will cover it with plastic, replace the metal radiators with tin-plate, which are given a "even" 5-year warranty, the pipes will be all plastic (every "fatty" thing will "stick" to them and you won't be able to clean them, and you will have to constantly change them)), the roof will also be "renovated" because it "doesn't quite meet the standards", the heating point will also be replaced... In short, we will "suffer" for a long and boring time... But we can't do anything: there are people who are very "enraged" about that "renovation"..."
