First of all, this is the press. The more dangerous the thing above our heads, the more attention from readers, the easier it is to sell advertising.
Military industrialists. It is easier to raise taxes and take them over in order to get rich.
Generals. It is easier to force people to enlist in the military and move up the career ladder.
Politicians. It is easier to delay the inability to solve the real problems of voters.
In the worst case, these drones are stray foam products. Most often, these are idiots who bought drones and launched them where they are not allowed. There are also smugglers. Sometimes, it is reported that some idiot or smuggler is caught, but his further fate remains unclear. Nobody is interested.
Intelligence, surveillance, and reconnaissance? Are you kidding me? We have no access for military use to rare earths, needed for drone war. So we don't have and at least for 5 years will not have anything to hide. All our military kit is obsolete, useless, junk in a contemporary drone swarms‘ war.
