• Dify.ai: An open-source platform actively used by developers in both China and Europe. It makes it easy to connect AI models (e.g. DeepSeek, Qwen or GPT) to your documents.
• Baidu AppBuilder: Baidu’s official platform in China. It is designed to build agents using the Ernie Bot model and local tools.
• Flowise / Langflow: Popular visual tools in the Western market that allow you to lay out the steps of an AI agent like building blocks.

Steps to create an agent
1. Create an account on the platform of your choice (e.g. Coze or Dify).
2. Select the AI brain (model): Determine which model will control the agent - it can be the Chinese DeepSeek, Qwen (Alibaba) or international variants.
3. Write a system instruction (Prompt): Clearly describe what the agent should be, for example: “You are a helper who answers only in Lithuanian and relies only on uploaded documents.”
4. Add a knowledge base: Upload PDF files or links to web pages so that the agent knows your information (this is called the RAG method).
5. Connect tools: Give it permission to search for information on the Internet, read e-mail or use a calculator.
6. Test and launch: Test in a window and publish online with one click.
